-Old Main Den-

Subject: -Old Main Den- Tue Mar 05, 2013 7:07 pm

This is the Siadven Pack's old main den. It was built into the side of a mountain, which ended up collapsing and causing a huge avalanche. Luckily all members and their deamons made it out alive.

Bianca perched on top of a rock, next to her new den. She had only left home recently and was really excited to start her own pack. Filou popped up from behind one of the rocks and quickly crawled up the fae's back, sitting on her shoulder, "What ya looking at Bunny?" She smiled as he used her old pup nickname, "Nothing, just waiting LuLu." Filou hissed slightly, he always hated that nickname, but she called him that anyway. The meerkat rolled his eyes and slid down her back, going back into the den.

The smell of another wolf entered Artemis's nose, and she stopped. She looked in some nearby rocks, where the scent was coming from. She also smelled a rodent of some sort. She stood there in the shadows, wondering if the wolf was hostile or neutral. She didn't know if she should stay or flee, and she'll let the wolf discover her first and she'll find out.

Bianca tilted her head, scenting the air, 'Someone is here...' She looked back at the den and decided to leave Filou where he was, often lone wolf's tried to eat him and it seriously stress him and her out. She jumped down the rocks and followed the scent. She went around the corner, her blue eyes searching. She finally found the wolf, hidden very well amongst the shadows, "Hello, my I ask your name?"

Seeing the wolf, Artemis held her breath. Realizing that the wolf saw her, she let out that breath or air she was holding. "Artemis." That was all she had to say.

The white fae nodded, "Hello Artemis, I am Bianca." Filou quickly crawled up her leg and perched on her back, watching the dark, new fae. Bianca looked back at her friend and then back to the loner, "And this is Filou, May I ask what you are doing in my territory?" Bianca was a pretty kind wolf and didn't want to seem to pushy, but if this fae stepped out of line or tried attacking her or Filou she would put her in place.

"Erm, just here, trying to forget--" She cut herself short. She would never tell anyone why or how she got here. "Just here is all."

Bianca tilted her head slightly, but knew not to push, "Well welcome Artemis. If you would like you could join my pack, The Siadven." Filou laid down between her shoulder blades, the tiny meerkat not to happy about starting a new pack and having to be around a lot of new wolves. Bianca smiled slightly at her friend and then looked at Artemis, "It's currently just me and Filou here, but we hope to grow soon!"

"Filou?" Artemis tilted her head, and followed Bianca's gaze, and saw that it was just that rodent that she smelled. "A rodent? A rodent's in your pack?" She shook her head. "I'll join."

Bianca smiled and wagged her tail, "Welcome to the Pack Artemis!" Filou climbed to the top of her head, "HEY I'M NOT JUST A RODENT!" The meerkat went on. He knew the other wolf couldn't understand him, only Bianca could, he was her Daemon after all, but it didn't matter. Bianca chuckled slightly and tossed her head back, causing Filou to fall to her back, "Filou isn't just a rodent. He is my Daemon... Do you not have one?" This confused the fae, everyone in her birth pack had a Daemon. They got one on their yearling birthday and were together for life, Bianca couldn't imagine a day without her Filou.

"Daemon? No... I don't have one..." She tilted her head at the rodent, and chuckled at its squeaking. "He's kinda adorable."

Filou huffed and gave up, pouting as he sat on Bianca's shoulders. The white fae smiled slightly, "Maybe it's not to late, I can help you get one if you'd like!" She smiled and wagged her tail hoping Artemis would accept. Having a Daemon was pretty amazing, they were your constant loyal companions and always knew how to help you.

"Um... sure?" Artemis was confused. Why would anyone help her with anything? She was always an outcast and a disgrace to her family. Good-hearted, perhaps, she thought to herself.

Bianca smiled warmly, "Good! Follow me!" The white fae turned and began to walk, knowing the fae was following. The two walk for a good hour, going deeper and deeper in to the Montana mountains. Bianca finally stopped and turned to the fae, looking into her yellow eyes, "I will leave you here. Your Daemon will somehow find you, you will get to name it and it will lead you home.." Bianca smiled and nodded, "Good luck." With that the graceful white fae disappeared in to the woods, she crossed a couple of streams and went different paths back to the den, making sure her scent was unable to be followed.

Artemis followed the fae, and she saw the wolf suddenly disappear. "Terrible job at ditching, I know you left me..." She mumbled under her breath. She walked over to a tree and laid down next to it, and her ears flickered due to a nearby hiss...

Bianca yawned and jumped up the rocks to the den. She looked over the horizon before laying down in the mouth of the den. Filou jumped from her back as she laid down and curled up on her stomach, "Ya think she will find her Daemon?" Bianca smiled, her blue eyes hopeful, "I really hope so.." She licked the meerkat's tiny head and laid down, closing her eyes.

Artemis looked around, trying to figure out where the hissing came from. She looked up at the tree next to her, and saw a large snake in the tree. She screamed and jumped back, and her hackles raised. How stupid am I?! How did I not see that thing!? She thought to herself. She froze right there, and the snake hissed, "Enjoying your alone time, wolf?"

Bianca slept soundly, not moving an inch in her deep sleep. Filou smiled as he watched her chest slowly rise and fall. The meerkat sniffed the air and jumped down, scuttling outside and up the rocks. The rodent raised up on his hind legs and looked around, searching for any on coming dangers, he couldn't let anything harm Bianca, plus she needed her sleep.

Artemis looked at the snake. "Yes, I am!" She snapped back. The snake slithered down from its tree and started towards her. "Lost?"

Loki ran. He ran until his feet gave in with the wounds. His paws were covered in blood as he fell to the ground, panting. It wasn't long till he had lost consciousness. His large body was weak of hunger, for he hasn't eaten anything in days. He didn't know where he was or what he was going to do next. All he knows was that he can't go back anymore. There was nothing to return to.

Filou perked up, not far in the distance a mass of auburn fur collapsed to the ground. The meerkat decided to not to wake Bianca, she had been up for a two days, trying to find this den and settle. The rodent looked back at the den one time before scuttling down the rocks and towards the figure in the distance. He weeded through the grass and found it was a wolf who had collapsed. Filou kept a bit of distance and watched the downed wolf, it didn't make sense to try and talk with him, he wouldn't be able to understand anyway.

Not long, something had caught Loki's nose. It was the scent of a rodent. He opened his eyes slightly, revealing the one that possessed the scent. Loki tried to lunged at the rodent, hoping to have a bite to eat but failed to. He couldn't reach it. His head falls back with a thud. His vision hazy because of hunger. "Please, Help." He whispered not really directing the plea to anyone. Hoping that someone, anyone could hear him. He lost consciousness once again.

Filou hissed as the wolf try to lunged at him, "HEY YA DOPE I'M NOT A SNACK!" His fur raised as he watched the wolf ask for help and pass out again, "Pfft, I'll help ya all right...." The meerkat turned to walk away, but then hung his head and sighed, thinking about how Bianca would feel he if just left the wolf. He rolled his eyes and scampered back to the den to get the fae, "I know I'm gunna regret this..." He woke Bianca and lead her to the fallen brute. The white fae latched on to the male's scruff, dragging him to a near by creek. She washed off his bloody paws and then splashed water on to his face, calling to him softly, "Wake up.. You're safe now wake up..."

Artemis laid her ears back, and took a step back from the snake. "Why do you care?" Her tone showed no fear, and made her sound dominant-like. She snake stopped moving. "Cause' I see something in you..." Art tilted her head. "What?" She snake shook her head. "I'll be your daemon, I'll stick with you and help you with anything. You and you alone can speak or hear me." "Um... sure?" The wolf was confused. So many people were trying to help her; she didn't understand. She snake began to move into a direction. "Come." Art cautiously followed and said, "And what's your name?" She snake looked back at her. She couldn't even believe how big the snake was; it could easily crush her. "That's for you to decide," the snake said. Art stopped and thought for a moment. "Aki. I'll call you Aki." The snake slightly nodded and continued to slither back to her home.

Art and Aki made it back, and found Bianca tending a brute. The only thing that seemed to catch the snake's eye was that little rodent...

Loki growls at the feeling of cold water splashing against his fur but then relaxed as he heard a voice like silk.

"Wake up.. You're safe now. Wake up.."

Loki grunts and tries to stand up. "Where am I?.. Who are you?" He weakly said, his head still low. His eyes shot up as he realized that he was in the presence of an unfamiliar wolf. He stood in a defensive stance and growled at the stranger. "WHO ARE YOU?!" He yelled. He growls furiously and bared his large fangs, a string of saliva glistening with the light that was presence. He stomped his paw "Ouch!" he yowled because of the sudden pain he felt from his paws.
